Assortment Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Assortment Analyst to join our Supply Solutions & Analytics team at ABOUT YOU. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business teams by building dashboards and reports, performing analysis, and preparing data.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain custom dashboards based on Google BigQuery to display different KPIs for each business unit.
- Build and maintain reports to enable the day-to-day activities of business teams.
- Improve and drive the implementation of automated business processes.
- Perform analyses based on various data sources using SQL.
- Develop a strong understanding of the various planning, inventory, and buying metrics and KPIs.
- Strong academic record and degree from a top university in Economics, Business, or Business Analytics.
- 1-2 years of professional experience or relevant internships in e-commerce, fashion, or retail environment.
- Good understanding of the e-commerce business model and the relevant KPIs.
- Previous experience with SQL or Python is a plus, or willingness and ability to learn it quickly.
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
- Comprehensive analytical skills and distinctive understanding of numbers.
