Construction Estimator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team at EUROVIA Deutschland. As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for:

• Independent calculation and processing of complex construction projects, mainly in railway construction, civil engineering, concrete, and road construction
• Quantity determination within the tender
• Support in the preparation of work calculations
• Maintenance of calculation master data
• Preparation of special proposals and alternative offers
• Processing inquiries from subcontractors and suppliers and preparation of price comparisons
• Preparation of supplementary offers in collaboration with the construction management

Requirements:

• Technical education background (degree in Civil Engineering, Technician qualification, or similar)
• Previous experience in a similar role (construction planning, cost estimation, billing)
• Good knowledge of calculation and billing programs, preferably iTWO and MS-Office
• Strong technical and economic understanding
• Independent, structured, conscientious, and goal-oriented work ethic
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, dedication, and a commitment to continuous development
