Job Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Kindergarten Teacher to join our team at SIS Swiss International School. As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will be responsible for providing pedagogical care and support to children, implementing educational offers, and observing and documenting their educational and developmental processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of diverse learners
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure seamless transitions and progress
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall organizational and pedagogical concept
Requirements
- Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching kindergarten or a related role
- Native-level English language skills and basic knowledge of German
- Ability to work in a bilingual team and communicate effectively with colleagues and parents
- Strong organizational and time management skills
