Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Representative (w/m/d) to join our team at our Service Station in Germersheim. As a Service Representative, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Issuing, receiving, and exchanging uniforms and equipment with customers
  • Providing customer advice on uniform selection and supply
  • Performing necessary inventory updates in the warehouse management system
  • Unloading trucks, receiving goods, storing, and shipping
  • Supporting inventory checks and other special tasks
Responsibilities

As a Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Service Station. This includes:

  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Participating in inventory management and control
  • Performing other tasks as required by management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a retail or logistics environment
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office and warehouse management systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
