Release Train Engineer Product Development Specialist

About the Role:
Festo is seeking a highly skilled Release Train Engineer to join our Product Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of Program Increment (PI) Planning, System Demos, Inspect and Adapt Workshops, and PO Syncs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure the adoption of agile principles and practices according to SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) within the ART, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams, stakeholders, and management, serving as a key contact point for top management.
- Monitor and track key metrics and performance indicators to ensure the continuous progress of the ART.
- Play a leading role in the definition and further development of standardized processes, methods, and tools to support the ART.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the ART to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Completed studies in engineering or computer science, or equivalent qualifications.
- Several years of experience as a Release Train Engineer or Agile Coach in a scaled environment, with relevant certifications in the agile area.
- Experience in change management and the hardware and software development environment is an asset.
- Excellent written and spoken German language skills.
