Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Marc O'Polo in Martinsried, Germany.
About the Role
As a Deputy Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including team management, customer service, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in the coordination of the team and organization
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a unique shopping experience for our customers
- Take responsibility for specific areas of the store and lead team meetings
- Contribute to the improvement of business processes and implement changes based on KPIs
- Assist in the recruitment of new team members, planning of personnel costs, and onboarding and development of employees
- Plan and execute events, inventories, and visual merchandising initiatives
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with people of all ages
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably with a degree in a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, and software such as Futura and RFID
- Strong German and English language skills
