Reliability & Test Technician

We are seeking a skilled Reliability & Test Technician to join our team at our technology center in the Greater Munich Metropolitan Area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up reliability tests for packaging applications, including power cycling, thermal shock testing, and high-temperature storage.
  • Conduct electrical characterization and analysis of power module prototypes through static and dynamic testing.
  • Design and develop automated test programs to characterize power components.
  • Oversee and maintain a modern reliability lab within a clean room environment.
  • Prepare documentation and assessments, including purchasing, work instructions, and safety measures, while managing administrative tasks and communicating with suppliers.

Key Requirements:

  • State-certified qualification as a Technician in Electronics and/or Mechatronics.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in high-tech industrial sectors and related fields.
  • In-depth knowledge of electronics or electrical engineering, preferably in semiconductor assembly (e.g., electronic packaging, molding).
  • Solid experience in mechanical construction of parts for tools, machines, and samples (CAD and machining).
  • Proficient and technical understanding of power electronic devices, materials, and packaging processes.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English; knowledge of German or Chinese is a bonus.
  • Highly adaptable and willing to manage multiple tasks.
  • Can-do attitude with a willingness to step outside of comfort zones for added challenges.
  • Strong team player with a readiness to collaborate in multicultural teams.
