As a Senior ISMS Manager, your primary responsibility will be to establish, implement, and sustain an Information Security Management System (ISMS) that aligns with pertinent compliance frameworks, starting with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in information security, a thorough understanding of compliance obligations, and the capability to design a unified control framework adaptable to various security standards. Proficiency in English is essential, while knowledge of the German language is a significant advantage.
Your key responsibilities will encompass:- ISMS Development and Oversight: Craft and execute a unified control framework that accommodates various security standards and best practices. Develop and sustain an effective ISMS aligned with DORA initially, followed by other relevant compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO27001, C5). Plan and conduct internal audits to verify compliance with ISMS and regulatory standards; coordinate external audits as required.
- Policy and Procedure Formulation: Create and revise information security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure alignment with the ISMS and compliance mandates.
- Risk Assessment and Management: Perform risk evaluations and devise mitigation strategies to address identified vulnerabilities.
- Training and Awareness Initiatives: Design and implement security training and awareness programs for personnel to foster a culture of security.
- Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports on ISMS effectiveness, compliance status, and security metrics for ISO and senior management.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 years in ISMS management or equivalent experience.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer) are advantageous.
- Skills and Competencies:
Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining ISMS and compliance frameworks.
Familiarity with DORA, ISO27001, C5, and other pertinent security standards and regulations.
Ability to design and manage a unified control framework.
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a notable advantage.
