German AMNOG Pricing Strategist

Market Access Manager – Pharma & AMNOG

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Access Manager to join our team at Simon-Kucher & Partners. As a key member of our Pricing and Market Access team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing national launch pricing strategies for innovative pharmaceuticals in the German market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for pharmaceutical products in the German market, taking into account the specific market environment and requirements.
  • Support pharmaceutical companies in navigating the AMNOG process, including HTA process and price negotiations.
  • Act as a thought leader in the field of market access and pricing, driving meaningful analysis and preparing strategy workshops for clients.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating all project workstreams and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Engage in business development activities to grow the AMNOG practice at Simon-Kucher & Partners.

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, health economics, pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, or law.
  • At least 2 years of experience in pricing and market access for innovative pharmaceuticals.
  • Proven experience in navigating the German AMNOG process, including benefit evaluation and national price negotiations.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills in German and English.
