Position Overview:
As a vital member of our logistics team, you will oversee the efficient and timely transportation of both partial and full loads. Your role will involve being the primary point of contact for our clients regarding hazardous materials, general cargo, and direct shipments. Collaborating with various medium-sized logistics and forwarding companies, you will provide a comprehensive service for the acquisition and distribution of our clients' products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve complaints, ensuring high-quality support for major clients.
  • Handle service requests through direct communication with our national and international partners.
  • Maintain close communication and regular updates with internal departments, including warehouse, dispatch, and billing.
  • Conduct proactive transit time assessments and provide status updates.
  • Address discrepancies, surpluses, and damage reports effectively.
  • Organize special transport requests as part of your responsibilities.
Candidate Profile:
  • Completed commercial training, preferably in freight forwarding and logistics.
  • Initial professional experience in the forwarding sector is advantageous.
  • Strong service orientation complemented by excellent communication skills.
  • Enjoyment in providing customer service through various channels, including in-person, phone, and written communication.
  • Ability to work independently with a structured approach.
  • Fluency in German is required, with a good command of English being a plus.
  • Demonstrated commitment and a collaborative spirit in team settings.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts from early morning.
