The Team:

You will be part of our Strategic Production / Manufacturing Account Team, focusing on key sales initiatives within major Automotive and Manufacturing corporations across Germany and Austria.

The Role:

Utilizing a consultative sales methodology, your primary responsibility will be to foster and nurture relationships that ensure long-term customer loyalty. You will take charge of generating new business prospects with a leading Automotive OEM, a sector where we have established a strong presence and numerous successful case studies. Your role will involve collaborating across various functions to assess the account's requirements and oversee the complete sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a global OEM account, focusing on both new business development and, where applicable, expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Engage with stakeholders across different business lines at C-level and below.
  • Present the full suite of Celonis solutions, emphasizing our sales strategies for Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Achieve individual revenue targets by closing significant deals within your assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with partners, including consulting firms and SaaS providers.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles by coordinating virtual teams, which may include business development representatives, marketing professionals, partner managers, sales engineers, customer success managers, and implementation partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales at the C-level (CFO, CPO, COO) within a new business-focused sales role.
  • Alternatively, 10+ years in management or business process consulting, with a proven track record of managing senior stakeholders and securing new project opportunities.
  • Strong business insight with a comprehensive understanding of Finance and Supply Chain processes and KPIs.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across lines of business.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced environment, coupled with a positive, creative approach to challenges.
  • A collaborative mindset, valuing inclusivity and diversity, along with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to leverage internal resources effectively and work as part of a cohesive team.
