About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Gameplay Programmer to join our team at GIANTS Software Entertainment. As a Gameplay Programmer, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging gameplay features that bring our games to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Gameplay Features: Develop clean, well-engineered code to create realistic and enjoyable gameplay systems.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with our development team to maintain existing systems and create innovative improvements.
  • Support Engineering Principles: Advocate for collaborative engineering practices and support the team in implementing them.
Requirements
  • Programming Experience: Proven experience in LUA or an object-oriented programming language.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Game Development Background: Passion for games and a background in game development.
  • Independent Working Style: Ability to work independently and self-organize.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Gameplay/Modding Experience: Experience with gameplay or modding in Farming Simulator.
  • Game Engine Experience: Experience with other game engines.
  • Agriculture Background: Background or general interest in agriculture.
  • Shader Programming: Knowledge of shader programming (Cg, HLSL or GLSL).
