A400M Electronic Warfare System Engineer

Embark on a new journey with us as we seek a dedicated professional for the role of A400M Electronic Warfare - System Engineer at STRATO Personal GmbH, collaborating with esteemed clients in the aerospace sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering and analyzing client requirements to develop tailored solutions and create comprehensive technical specifications.
- Conducting requirements analysis and defining project specifications, including requirements engineering using DOORS.
- Establishing system architecture and conducting technical evaluations of supplier solutions.
- Coordinating technical efforts with suppliers and performing trade-off analyses to determine optimal solutions that meet project requirements.
- Managing interface definitions and overseeing compliance with established acceptance criteria.
- Identifying and managing stakeholders effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitating technical milestone reviews, both independently and in collaboration with clients.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of RF jamming techniques and technologies.
- Proven experience in electronic warfare systems, including sensors, countermeasures, and avionics.
- Familiarity with DO-178 Software Qualification, DO-254 Hardware Qualification, and DO-160 Environmental Qualification is advantageous.
- Experience with DPA-ABDs processes and supplier management for RF and electro-optics equipment.
- Proficient in MS Office and DOORS.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Willingness to travel for short trips as required.
