As a Facilities Operations Coordinator (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role in managing our residential properties, ensuring that every aspect of our facilities runs smoothly. - Manage quality control to uphold property standards.
- Ensure the buildings, inventory, and outdoor areas are maintained in a safe and clean condition, addressing potential hazards and defects.
- Act as the primary contact for external service providers and contractors.
- Perform traditional facility management duties and handle minor repairs.
- Oversee maintenance schedules, including elevator inspections, and manage contracted maintenance services.
- Inspect and manage technical systems within the properties.
- Conduct regular apartment inspections.
- Be available for emergency calls and incidents as needed.
- You possess vocational training in a relevant trade and have several years of experience in similar roles, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- You are skilled in practical tasks and exhibit strong organizational abilities.
- You have a solid understanding of technical and digital tools and can effectively utilize applications.
- You are a proactive individual who enjoys taking initiative.
- You maintain a friendly, confident, and professional demeanor.
- You excel in customer service, independence, reliability, and conscientiousness, as well as teamwork and adaptability.
- You hold a valid driver's license (Class B).
