Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Renal Therapist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and education to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and plan patient care to ensure optimal treatment outcomes
- Administer medications and perform dialysis treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis treatment and self-care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment
- Minimum of 9 months of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in chronic/acute hemodialysis preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
