The Role

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior GMP Production Manager - Bioconjugation Expert to join our team at our development and production site in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm. As a key contributor to the establishment of a new drug substance development and production unit for Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADC), you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of GMP processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the establishment of the new production facility as an expert from GMP perspective, including the necessary workflows and procedures.
  • Train the future operational team on GMP principles and practices.
  • Contribute to the management of all operations and maintenance in the GMP bioconjugation facility.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and collaborate with other departments to support manufacturing with good quality.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in GMP production and a deep understanding of bioconjugation processes. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
