About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Designer to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional user experiences for our medical devices and enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Define project requirements and develop design strategies to build best-in-class products that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Plan and manage design activities across multiple projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery of design solutions.
  • Conduct and participate in design reviews and feedback sessions to ensure design quality and consistency.
  • Mentor and coach junior designers to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Stakeholder management and communication to ensure design solutions meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Factors, Interaction, Industrial or Product Design, Cognitive, Experimental or Behavioral Psychology, Anthropology, or related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in Product Design for large-scale enterprise solutions, with a focus on medical devices or complex cross-platform solutions.
  • Experience designing user interfaces for a variety of mediums (desktop, touch screen, mobile, embedded software, etc.) and different platforms (Android, iOS, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of Figma and other design tools.
  • A portfolio that showcases your design expertise and experience.
