Manufacturing Expert - Electronics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Expert - Electronics Specialist to contribute to the development of innovative manufacturing solutions at NDI Europe GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to production employees and suppliers, addressing questions and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Analyze technical errors in returned products and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Calibrate measuring equipment and perform annual ESD tests to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the development team to create and maintain application software using Python.
  • Design and develop test stations, including validation and verification, to ensure high-quality products.
  • Participate in the acquisition and assembly of production resources, both internally and externally, to meet production demands.
Requirements:
  • Completed technical training as an electronics technician for devices and systems or a degree in electrical engineering/automation technology.
  • 3 years of professional experience in the manufacturing industry or test field, with a strong understanding of test equipment construction and programming.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, including ISO, ESD, IPC, JEDEC, and Poka Yoke.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++.
  • Excellent technical understanding, with a strong ability to work independently, organize tasks, and ensure reliability.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
