OBJECTIVE & SIGNIFICANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
- Gather and generate insights related to consumers and sports
- Support the execution of the category strategy

- Develop product ranges under guidance to meet category objectives
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Assist the Product Manager/Senior Product Manager in preparing the range strategy, and gradually take on management of range direction with support from supervisors
- Comprehend and implement the product development process according to scheduled timelines
- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless product development process leading to optimal product results
- Evaluate range performance
- Acquire knowledge to maintain product information systems in accordance with timelines
- Understand market, consumer, and retailer requirements to create leading-edge products
- Contribute to the preparation of range presentations; eventually present own ranges under the guidance of supervisors regarding structure and content
- Assist the creation team in executing the defined Concept to Consumer (CtC) direction for relevant ranges in collaboration with CtC counterparts
- Carry out assigned projects within an agreed framework

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, business, textile, or fashion
- Global perspective, ideally with international study experience
- Minimum of one relevant internship, ideally with one year of practical experience
- Proficient in English
- Computer skills (MS Office applications)
