About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects with a focus on maintenance, renovation, and new builds. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from planning to execution and ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead construction projects with a focus on maintenance, renovation, and new builds
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, issues, and changes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare sector
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
