Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing inventory management and data analysis
  • Performing installations and updates for hardware and software
  • Providing both on-site and remote assistance for technical issues via phone and email
  • Managing, resolving, and closing support tickets while addressing inquiries
  • Supporting all tasks related to system maintenance, backups, and upgrades
  • Collaborating in troubleshooting efforts

Your Qualifications

  • Completed education in IT systems integration or a related field
  • Strong understanding of network and server environments, as well as virtual desktop infrastructure
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Sophos, Hyper-V, VMware, Datacore, Azure, MS365, Unifi, and ITIL is advantageous
  • Proficient in German, with English language skills considered a plus
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively while maintaining independence
