Are you passionate about driving business growth through innovative strategies? Do you have a keen eye for consumer insights and a knack for creative problem-solving? We're seeking a talented Strategic Planning Intern to join our dynamic team at Avantgarde.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project teams in content and operational management, consulting on large customer projects
  • Take ownership of sub-projects, executing tasks independently and empowering the team through research
  • Develop innovative strategic approaches to customer-specific enquiries, creating presentations, pitch decks, and analyses
  • Support analysis activities, including communication, target group, and competition analyses
  • Identify optimization opportunities and create reports for individual campaigns
  • Contribute to process development and documentation, as well as template creation for successful project work
Your Ideal Profile:
  • Completed degree in business administration, psychology, sociology, or similar with a focus on strategic planning and/or market or consumer research
  • Initial practical experience in innovation management, product design, or brand management, as well as workshop planning and implementation
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and precise work style, with strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Team player with persuasiveness, assertiveness, empathy, and strong communication skills
  • Excellent command of German and English, as well as MS Office
