Deine Aufgaben im Detail
In der Rolle des Accounts Receivable Specialist (m/w/d) bist Du verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Überwachung von Zahlungen und Einzügen. Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören:
- Die Bearbeitung der täglichen Kontoauszüge in Zusammenarbeit mit Deinen Kolleg:innen, sowie die Vorbereitung von Ein- und Auszahlungen und die Klärung von Unstimmigkeiten.
- Die Koordination von Arbeitsanweisungen im Accounting-Bereich und die Durchführung regelmäßiger Rezertifizierungen.
- Die Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Verbuchung manueller Ausgangsrechnungen.
- Die proaktive Kontaktaufnahme mit unseren Kund:innen bei offenen Posten und Unstimmigkeiten.
- Die Durchführung von Prüf- und Abschlussarbeiten im Rahmen des Monatsabschlusses.
- Die flexible Unterstützung des Teams bei verschiedenen Aufgaben.

Deine Qualifikationen
Wir suchen einen engagierten Buchhalter, der sowohl in der Kreditoren- als auch in der Debitorenbuchhaltung versiert ist. Folgende Qualifikationen sind wünschenswert:
- Mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im buchhalterischen Bereich.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office, insbesondere Excel.
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe bei komplexen Sachverhalten.
- Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Freude daran, Risiken und Prozessschwächen zu identifizieren und im Team zu bearbeiten.
