Groupleader QC Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Groupleader QC Specialist to lead our viral group and ensure the highest quality standards in our products and services.

• Lead the viral group in a professional and personal manner
• Conduct regular team meetings
• Develop and implement employee development plans
• Create and manage schedules
• Perform quality control tests
• Be responsible for employee qualification and training
• Ensure the execution of the training plan by employees
• Represent the QC Process Team actively
• Support the operation and execution of the following processes/systems:
  • Change Control – Veeva
  • Deviation Management – Veeva
  • Employee Training – Success Factors
  • Result Collection and Approval – SAP LIMS
  • SOPs – Veeva

• Completed education in a pharmaceutical, biological, or chemical technical field or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including practical knowledge in vaccine testing
• Experience and competence in EU-GMP
• Willingness to work shifts and be available on weekends
• Good German and English skills in writing and speaking
• High level of hygiene awareness
