• Completed vocational training in commerce or engineering
• Experience in the automotive or supplier sector is advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Infor
• Strong command of the English language
• Organized and methodical work style

• Manage customer communications via phone and in writing in both German and English
• Assist in the preparation of quotations
• Document incoming customer requests
• Oversee customer order management and fulfillment
• Coordinate appointments
• Facilitate bottleneck management in partnership with production oversight and key accounts
• Maintain and update master data
