We are seeking a dedicated Diabetes Consultant to join our Geriatric Rehabilitation team at SRH Poliklinik Suhl GmbH, a leading healthcare provider in the South Thuringia region.

• Provide expert guidance, training, and treatment to individuals with diabetes mellitus, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and quality of care.
• Manage wound care for patients with diabetic foot syndrome, utilizing evidence-based practices and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate patient care, organize examination processes, and handle scheduling and documentation with precision and attention to detail.
• Ensure accurate documentation and billing compliance, maintaining the highest standards of administrative efficiency.

• Certification as a Diabetes Assistant or willingness to pursue Diabetes Consultant certification, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work independently and take on responsibilities, exercising sound judgment and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in IT and practice management software, including billing systems, to optimize operational efficiency and patient care.
