Senior System Spezialist

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior System Spezialisten, der sich auf das Management und die Optimierung von Endbenutzer-Computing-Umgebungen spezialisiert hat. In dieser Rolle bist du verantwortlich für die Konfiguration, Bereitstellung und Wartung von Desktop-/Laptop-Umgebungen, einschließlich Betriebssystemen und Anwendungen.

Aufgaben:
  • Desktop-Management: Konfiguration, Bereitstellung und Wartung von Desktop-/Laptop-Umgebungen, einschließlich Betriebssysteme und Anwendungen.
  • Support & Fehlerbehebung: Bereitstellung von 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support für Endbenutzerprobleme im Zusammenhang mit Hardware, Software und Netzwerkverbindungen.
  • Virtualisierung: Verwaltung von virtuellen Desktop-Infrastrukturen (VDI) und Sicherstellung der Hochverfügbarkeit und optimalen Leistung.
  • Software-Bereitstellung: Automatisierung der Softwareverteilung, Updates und Patch-Management mithilfe von Tools wie SCCM oder ähnlichen Plattformen.
  • Omnissa-Integration: Nutzung von Omnissa für erweitertes Datenmanagement, Analyse oder Automatisierung innerhalb der Endbenutzer-Computing-Umgebung.
  • IT-Applikationslandschaft: Gemeinsame, verantwortungsvolle Entwicklung und Betreuung unserer spezialisierten IT-Applikationslandschaft.
  • Projekte: Mitarbeit in Projekten und eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Teilprojekten, einschließlich Analyse von fachlichen Anforderungen und Erarbeitung von Lösungen.
Benötigte Fähigkeiten:
  • Kenntnisse in Desktop-Management-Tools und -Techniken.
  • Vertrautheit mit VMware Horizon/Omnissa und dessen Anwendung in Endbenutzer-Computing-Umgebungen.
  • Erfahrung im Betrieb und Härtung von IT-Infrastrukturen.
  • Kenntnisse in PowerShell und in Basisinfrastrukturen (AD, DHCP, DNS, GPO).
  • Erfahrung in Applikations-Paketierung und -Verteilung (z.B. über SCCM/MECM).
  • Resilienz bei der Ausübung deiner Aufgaben und Erfahrung im Konfliktmanagement bis zur Lösung.
  • Vorkenntnisse im Bereich Cloud Computing und Containerorchestrierung wünschenswert.
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (min. C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (min. B2).
