We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Medical Specialist in Psychiatry to join our team at TIME4CHANGE. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our mental health services.

• Provide medical care and treatment to patients with mental health conditions, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of their care.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the individual needs of our patients.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure that patients are receiving the best possible care and to identify any areas for improvement.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote best practice in mental health care.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of education and training programs for healthcare staff and patients.
• Engage with patients, families, and carers to provide support and guidance, and to promote their involvement in their care.

• Hold a medical degree and be registered with the relevant medical regulatory body.
• Have a strong understanding of mental health conditions and their treatment.
• Be able to work effectively in a team and communicate complex information to patients and colleagues.
