Agile Coach Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team in Munich or Berlin. As an Agile Coach, you will drive change and transformation within our organization, coaching teams to ensure delivery and create transparency within teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Change Management: Drive change and transformation within the organization.
  • Coaching and Transparency: Coach teams to ensure delivery and create transparency within teams.
  • Innovative Discussion: Discuss ideas and find new ways of working.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously measure and improve processes to reduce cycle time and identify bottlenecks.
  • Departmental Alignment: Ensure alignment between different departments to decrease feedback cycle time.
  • Collaborative Focus: Work alongside Product Managers, leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure work is flowing and focus is on the right things at the right time.
Requirements:
  • Professional Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a Kanban or lean environment and mapping End-to-End workflows.
  • Methodology Proficiency: Toolbox of practices (Kanban Method, KMM, Flight Levels, Lean, traditional PM, etc.) and experience with the Kanban method.
  • Flexibility in Execution: Solid on the WHY and WHAT while being flexible on HOW.
  • Respectful Change Agent: Respect without judgments the current process and pursue evolutionary change.
  • Influential Communication: Strong communicator and coach who can influence different layers of the organization by asking the right questions.
  • Technical Expertise: Well-founded technical knowledge and deep process understanding.
  • Tooling: Capable of maintaining processes and workflows in Jira and act as an Admin for this tool.
  • Continuous Learning: Lifelong learner and desirably an active member of the Kanban community.
