About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bike Mechanic to join our team at Mount7 GmbH. As a Bike Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing high-end bicycles, ensuring they are in top condition for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair bicycles to the highest standards, ensuring they meet our quality expectations.
  • Work efficiently and effectively to meet customer deadlines and expectations.
  • Collaborate with our team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest bike technology and trends, and apply this knowledge to improve our services.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Bike Mechanic, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of bike mechanics, including brakes, gears, and other components.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
