Position Overview
We are seeking a committed Product Development Manager to enhance our Milwaukee division. This role is pivotal in driving innovation and ensuring our products meet the needs of our professional clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and develop cutting-edge product features and specifications based on the requirements of professional users for upcoming product launches.
  • Conduct in-depth user research on job sites across key EMEA markets to gather, analyze, and report on user needs and requirements for new product development initiatives.
  • Oversee product launches, focusing on production timelines, availability in European warehouses, and ensuring comprehensive product details such as manuals, packaging, and online presence are well managed.
  • Collaborate with global product management and engineering teams to ensure the delivery of optimal products tailored to target user groups at competitive price points.
  • Work alongside sales and marketing teams to provide necessary products for national promotions and key account initiatives.
  • Partner with the marketing department to create launch materials, merchandising, and promotional content to support product introductions.
  • Engage with suppliers globally to stay updated on product development trends.
  • Present products to diverse customer groups at various events across the EMEA region.

Candidate Profile

  • A degree in a STEM field, preferably with a focus on mechatronics or a related technical discipline, along with experience in product management.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
