Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and strategic individual to enhance Ajlouni's digital footprint and personal branding. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing a thorough social media strategy that reflects the professional aspirations and core values of Ajlouni.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute a unified social media plan to boost visibility and interaction across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Generate, curate, and oversee all published content, including images, videos, and written material.
  • Engage with users in a meaningful way while nurturing leads and driving sales.
  • Facilitate online advocacy and create opportunities for cross-promotional activities.
  • Manage design elements such as social media covers, profile images, thumbnails, advertisements, landing pages, and blog visuals.
  • Design, implement, and oversee promotional campaigns and social media advertisements, ensuring alignment with the broader marketing strategy.
  • Evaluate key performance indicators and adjust strategies as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in social media marketing.
  • Strong skills in consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication.
  • Proven experience with social networking and familiarity with social analytics tools.
  • Basic understanding of design principles, conversion rate optimization, and search engine optimization.
  • Solid grasp of online marketing and major marketing channels.
  • Positive demeanor, attention to detail, customer-focused with strong multitasking and organizational skills.
