Key Responsibilities:
- Information Security Governance: You will enhance the governance framework for information security across the Kärcher Group, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Compliance and Certification: You will oversee the adherence of our global Information Security Management System to ISO 27001 standards.
- Security Training and Awareness: You will create and implement e-learning modules to educate employees at all levels about security threats and best practices.
- Incident Management: You will establish protocols for responding to data breaches and cyber incidents, detailing actions to be taken in various scenarios.
- Risk Management: You will identify and evaluate potential information security risks, developing strategies to mitigate these risks and enhance security measures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in information security or cybersecurity within a global industrial environment or consulting.
- Deep understanding of ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, or other relevant security frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption methods.
- Proficiency in Business English with excellent communication skills; knowledge of German is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as TISP, CISSP, or CCSP are advantageous but can be pursued through our company.
- An analytical approach, a high degree of problem-solving ability, and enthusiasm for working in cross-functional teams.
