We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Procurement Specialist to join our team at Fritz Köllemann GmbH, a family-owned wholesale company in the beautiful Allgäu region. As a key member of our purchasing team, you will be responsible for managing our inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and analyzing purchasing data to optimize our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Process and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory levels
- Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and product quality
- Analyze purchasing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring a stable and reliable supply chain
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of purchasing activities with overall business operations
- Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification
- Experience in procurement, preferably in wholesale or retail, is highly desirable
- Excellent German language skills, both written and verbal
