Als Head of Cybersecurity Engineering and Functional Safety sind Sie für die Vision und Strategie verantwortlich:
- Management und Leitung der Produktstrategie für Cybersecurity Engineering und funktionale Sicherheit innerhalb des Geschäftsbereichs.
- Repräsentation: Sie fungieren als Ansprechpartner/Berater für die Geschäftsbereichsleitung Cybersecurity Engineering und Funktionale Sicherheit, Geschäftspartner und andere relevante interne Stakeholder (MAHLE Organisation, Cybersecurity Engineering Prozessgruppe, Prozessgruppe Funktionale Sicherheit...).
- Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung von Vorschriften: Teilnahme an Cybersecurity-, Functional Safety- und A-SPICE-Assessments während der Produktentwicklung und an den ISO/SAE oder ISO 26262-Audits als Vertreter des Geschäftsbereichs.
- Bereitstellung von Ressourcen: Ermöglicht die Bereitstellung von Ressourcen für die Durchführung von Cybersecurity- und Funktionale Sicherheitsprojekten, falls erforderlich, und unterstützt den Ausgleich von Arbeitsbelastung und Ressourcen zwischen den Produktsegmenten des Geschäftsbereichs.
- Projektlenkung: Vertretung der Funktionen Cybersecurity Engineering und Funktionale Sicherheit in den Projektlenkungsausschüssen bei Bedarf und Sicherstellung der Projekte, um die Produktstrategie und die organisatorischen Ziele zu erreichen.
Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Fachmann mit:
- Mindestens 10 Jahren Erfahrung in der Automobilbranche in der technischen Entwicklung.
- Einem Abschluss in Informatik, Elektronik, Elektrotechnik, Telekommunikationstechnik oder ähnlichem.
- Kenntnissen/Erfahrungen in internationalen Compliance-Anforderungen, Standards und Vorschriften (R155, R156, ISO/SAE 21434, ISO 24089,...).
- Kenntnissen/Erfahrungen mit internationalen Compliance-Anforderungen und -Standards für die Automobilindustrie (ISO 26262,...).
- Cybersecurity Engineering und oder Functional Safety Professional zertifiziert.
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Leitung von verteilten Ingenieurteams für Produktentwicklungsprozesse.
- Erfahrung im Aufbau eines Teams, Entscheidungen über die Einstellung von Mitarbeitern und die Gestaltung der Organisation.
- Erfolgsbilanz bei der Erzielung von Geschäfts- und Technologieergebnissen für komplexe, funktionsübergreifende Initiativen bei gleichzeitigem Management mehrerer konkurrierender Prioritäten.
- Führungsqualitäten, z. B. Teamentwicklung, Motivation, Umgang mit Widerständen und Konflikten, Problemlösungsansätze in einem Team, Diskussionsführung.
- Fähigkeit, mehrere zusammenhängende Projekte zu managen und komplexe Aktivitäten zu steuern, die sich über Funktionen, Organisationen, Regionen oder Kulturen erstrecken.
- Erfahrung im Management von Interessengruppen auf Führungsebene, Information und Kommunikation.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Überzeugungskraft und diplomatisches Geschick.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache.
- Bereitschaft zu Reisen im In- und Ausland.
