• Facilitate effective practical training sessions within the healthcare environment.
• Ensure compliance with training time requirements and maintain accurate documentation for apprentices.
• Provide mentorship and support to nursing staff during practical training on the wards.
• Organize and oversee practical training events, including assessments and examinations.
• Engage in the planning and execution of practical days and projects, actively participating in patient care during training activities.
• Supervise interns and assist in the recruitment and guidance of apprentices and volunteers in social services.
• Support organizational tasks in collaboration with the central practice instructor.

• Possession of a state license as a Health Care Professional with recognized advanced training as a Practice Instructor.
• Demonstrated professional and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and with a sense of responsibility.
