Technical Project Leader - Equipment Technology (m/f/d) for Brauerei C. & A. VELTINS GmbH & Co. KG

We are seeking a **Technical Project Leader** for our operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution of our projects.

Your Responsibilities:
  • **Designing technical installations** and developing planning layouts, including detailed planning in collaboration with suppliers.
  • **Drafting tender documents**, estimating budgets, and scheduling project timelines.
  • **Conducting technical evaluations** and establishing safety concepts.
  • **Liaising with regulatory bodies** for occupational safety and preparing approval documents and risk assessments.
  • **Managing projects**, organizing, and facilitating project meetings.
  • **Specifying and reviewing documentation** to ensure compliance and quality.
  • **Overseeing technical installations**, organizing inspections, and conducting performance tests.
  • **Creating operational manuals** and providing training sessions.
  • **Opportunity to advance** to Head of Equipment Technology within the organization.
Your Profile:
  • **Degree in mechanical engineering** or a related field.
  • **Extensive experience** in the planning and maintenance of technical facilities.
  • **Strong skills in planning technical systems**, particularly in conveyor technology, including problem-solving and layout design.
  • **Proficiency in CAD software** for design and planning purposes.
  • **Knowledge of machine and conveyor system safety**, including risk assessment methodologies.
  • **Experience in project management** and organizational skills.
  • **Familiarity with automated warehouse logistics** is a plus.
  • **Understanding of mechanical engineering**, steel construction, and pneumatics/hydraulics is advantageous.
  • **Excellent communication and teamwork abilities**.
  • **Capacity to work independently** and tackle challenges effectively.
  • **Strong organizational and coordination skills**.
  • **Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and travel** as required.
  • **Basic knowledge in electrical or control engineering** is beneficial.
