Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Payroll Expert für unsere Zentralabteilung HR Service in Frankfurt/Main.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung einschließlich der steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Beurteilung von abrechnungsrelevanten Sachverhalten
  • Erfassung und Prüfung von abrechnungsrelevanten Daten, Bearbeiten von Überstunden- und Urlaubsvergütung sowie Ausstellen von Verdienst- und Abrechnungsbescheinigungen
  • Anlegen und Führen digitaler Personalakten
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung zeitgemäßer Wissensmanagementsysteme
  • Beratung der Mitarbeiter, Führungskräfte und der Betriebsräte bei abrechnungsrelevanten Fragen
Unsere Anforderungen:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einer nachweisbar vergleichbaren Position sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherung- und Lohnsteuerrecht sowie sichere Anwenderkenntnisse in den gängigen MS Office Programmen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrungen entweder mit einem Abrechnungssystem und die Bereitschaft sich in neue digitale Assistenzsysteme einzuarbeiten
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine selbstständige und präzise Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
