Hotel Refit and Projects Superintendent

About the Role
Carnival Maritime GmbH, a part of Carnival Corporation and plc, is seeking a skilled Superintendent to join their team in Hamburg. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's decarbonization strategy and its associated technological challenges.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan and execute hotel-related projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Control and supervise external suppliers and service contractors.
- Prepare technical specifications or instructions for projects, coordinate purchaser activities, and analyze contractors' offers.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and coordinate between brand, ship management, crew, and contractors.
- Collaborate with the Brand, Fleet, and Ship Managers during project execution and the ships' dry-dock, supervise, and be in charge of all activities pertaining to assigned projects and related systems, including maintenance. Provide technical operation support by expertise advisory.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Interior Design is desired.
- Technical studies and background are mandatory.
- Perennial experience in Ship Outfitting, especially for Public Areas & Cabins, and professional experience in Outfitting Projects.
- Junior leadership experience is required.
- Very good English language skills (English is our company language).
- Structured and organized way of working, as well as good time management.
- Service-oriented with good communication skills.
