Ihre Aufgaben

  • Die Bearbeitung von Patientenfragen per Telefon
  • Terminkoordination und Organisation
  • Die Vorbereitung von Verordnungen und Rezepten
  • Kommunikation mit den verschiedenen Berufsgruppen des MVZ
  • Telefonmanagement und -koordination

Ihr Profil

  • Medizinische Vorkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Verantwortungsbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten und Teamfähigkeit
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Medizinischen Fachangestellten (m/w/d), Arzthelferin (m/w/d) oder Kauffrau im Gesundheitswesen (m/w/d)
  • Gesetzlich notwendiger Nachweis über Immunisierung gegen Masern
