KG Organization SE CFO Business Unit Treasury & Corporate Finance Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced ProfessionalSnapshot of Your Day The Pensions Management team at Siemens Energy (SE) holds the financial accountability for the comprehensive global end-to-end pensions management (in close alignment with HR strategy) to secure SE's financial objectives. In your new position, you will be part of the Accounting and Controlling (A&C) team, ensuring the accurate accounting of all pension obligations within the Siemens Energy Group. How You Can Make an Impact Support global units with expert inquiries regarding the accounting of pensions and other employee benefits according to international accounting standards. Evaluate projects concerning their impact on balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements. Take partial project responsibility in initiatives aimed at optimizing the pension landscape in line with corporate strategy. Coordinate external service providers, particularly actuaries, regarding the ongoing assessment of pension obligations and serve as the interface to auditors and other finance departments within SE. Challenge and enhance existing processes while assisting in their digital transformation. Independently conduct controls, analyses, and validations, providing commentary on the ongoing development of pension-related key figures for internal and external reporting. Ensure the accurate consolidation and accounting of pension obligations in accordance with IFRS and HGB, as well as the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and external disclosures (in both English and German). What You Bring A successfully completed degree in (business) mathematics, business administration/economics, or related fields, ideally with a specialization in accounting & controlling or actuarial science. Several years of professional experience in accounting, controlling, auditing, or actuarial fields. Ideally, knowledge of SAP-based reporting tools and strong Microsoft Excel skills. Proficient in both German and English. Ability to conceptualize processes end-to-end. Strong communication and conceptual skills, along with initiative, meticulous work habits, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Curiosity and a desire to innovate. Ideally, experience in project work with partial project responsibility. About the Team Long-term pension obligations and the associated financial risks impact SE's balance sheet.
