Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Procurement team in the Software and Cyber department at Airbus Defence and Space GmbH.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will assist Commodity Managers in securing software licenses and cyber products, conducting research on vendors and products, and developing relationships with suppliers. Strong analytical and research skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Google Workspace are essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the acquisition of software licenses and cyber products, ensuring timely and cost-effective results.
  • Research potential vendors and products, gathering information on pricing, features, and compatibility with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with Commodity Managers to develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and Terms and Conditions as needed.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of procurement documents and Key Performance Indicators for our dashboard.
Requirements:
  • Enrolled full-time student in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering School, or Information Technology or an equivalent field of study.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data from various sources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace. Programming skills will be a plus.
  • Interest in Aerospace, cyber, and software products with a willingness to learn and adapt autonomously to new technologies.
  • English fluent, French language skills would be of advantage.
