We are seeking a skilled Project Leader to oversee automation and machine vision initiatives. This role involves leading projects from conception through to successful execution, ensuring that all aspects are managed effectively.

Your Responsibilities

• Direct and manage automation and machine vision projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Monitor adherence to contractual obligations, budgetary constraints, and quality standards.
• Coordinate project teams across various departments, including external partners.
• Assess project risks, develop requirement specifications, and maintain regular communication regarding project status and financials.

Your Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Automation Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of automation technologies and the automotive sector, along with experience in change and claim management.
• Proven track record in leading project teams, with strong negotiation skills and a professional demeanor.
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities, with a focus on solutions.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
