", "h2": "The Onboarding Team", "p": "The Onboarding Team forms part of the Business Development department which is responsible for generating new business and revenue growth with a substantial impact on the overall success of the company. The Onboarding Team guides new partner Banks through the last steps of the sales process and manages all aspects of their onboarding to our platform, i.e. contractual, commercial, operational, reporting, and technical. As one of the key points of contact for the new partner Banks, we bridge the gap between their requirements and our internal setup or other teams (i.e. Legal, Operations, Product/Engineers) to ensure a successful implementation. Our international and diverse team will train you to master our tool set and help you develop or acquire the necessary skills.
