Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead architectural projects, including conceptual design, detailed design, and construction documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural project management
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
