Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to production employees and suppliers, analyzing and resolving technical errors in returned items.
• Calibrate measuring equipment and perform annual ESD tests to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing engineering team to develop and maintain application software using Python.
• Design and implement test stations, including validation and verification, to ensure efficient production processes.
• Participate in the acquisition and assembly of production resources, both internally and externally, to meet production demands.

Requirements

• Technical training as an electronics technician for devices and systems or a degree in electrical engineering/automation technology.
• 3 years of professional experience in the manufacturing industry or test field, with experience in test equipment construction and programming a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ISO and industry standards, including ESD, IPC, JEDEC, and Poka Yoke.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++.
• Excellent technical understanding, with a strong command of German and English.
