About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team at DieProduktMacher GmbH. As an HR Specialist, you will play a key role in managing operational HR tasks, ensuring alignment between our people strategy and business goals, and supporting the development of our talented team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
  • Drive recruiting efforts by managing the administrative side of the hiring process
  • Provide support throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and handling employee inquiries
  • Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment through effective communication and support
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, assist in updating HR procedures, and ensure alignment with best practices
  • Coordinate payroll activities and manage benefits programs
  • Maintain accurate HR data, generate reports, and assist in HR analytics to support decision-making
Requirements
  • A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Profound professional experience in an HR role, preferably in a digital, creative, or consulting environment
  • Strong understanding of employment law, HR operations, and talent management
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work with HR software systems and maintain accurate employee data
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and German
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement
