We are seeking a skilled Kalkulationsexperte to join our team at Hochbau | AUGUST REINERS Bauunternehmung GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating detailed project proposals and managing project budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project proposals for high-end construction projects, including PPP projects and project development
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor pricing
• Collaborate with project managers to identify potential projects and develop project plans
• Manage project budgets and ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management or a related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
