Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you will serve as the technical liaison for customer inquiries in both sales and post-sales contexts. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating and managing quotations, pricing strategies, and data entry in ERP systems
- Assisting in project development by addressing customer requirements using CAD tools
- Tracking and following up on proposals in accordance with established processes
- Participating in trade shows, customer events, and training sessions
- Negotiating discounts and pricing in collaboration with the Sales Manager
- Acting as a bridge between field sales and internal departments
- Conducting project research and identification in partnership with the sales team
- Providing support to the Customer Service team
Your Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A completed education (degree, master craftsman, technician) in fields such as plastics technology or pipeline and apparatus construction, along with relevant work experience
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Autodesk, Inventor)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems
- A friendly demeanor when interacting with colleagues, clients, suppliers, and partners
- Excellent coordination, communication, and teamwork abilities, coupled with a structured and self-directed work style
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region
