Job Summary
Wholefoods Wholesale is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team in the Munster region. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for servicing retail pharmacies in this geographical area, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets for a dedicated geographical territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to influence local buying decisions.
- Utilize order capture technology to maximize in-store order taking and ensure planogram compliance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share.
- Provide regular updates and market insights to the Field Sales Team Lead and Commercial Manager.
- Deliver exceptional customer service experience to existing customers and prospects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a field sales role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Experience in sales to independent pharmacies and pharmacy groups.
- Self-motivated and a self-starter with a clean driving record.
What We Offer
A competitive salary of €38,000 per annum, plus an OTE monthly commission of €1,400 (€16,800 per annum).
